Victim Outreach Intervention Center (VOICe) provides confidential services at no cost to individuals and families who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes.

​VOICe works within Butler County, Pennsylvania, to bring about social change and to provide survivors with the ability to take control of their lives.
